Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We offer free delivery with all orders shipped in the UK and only a small fee for any other country outside of the UK which will be calculated when you checkout your products. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of being purchased. We take pride in the speed that we send our products to customers and we operate our shipping from Monday to Saturday with all Sunday orders being sent out first thing Monday morning.

We ship all of our products first class delivery so you should receive them within 3-4 working days of being shipped out. If you have not received your order after 5 working days please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and we will get any issues sorted as soon as possible.

Exchange or Return:

Here at Krypt Clothing your happiness is most important to us as a company. If your purchase is faulty then please get in contact with us as soon as possible so we are able to sort out a replacement item. We will require you to send the faulty item back to us for further inspection which we will refund you if we agree that the iteam is faulty.

If you decide that you do not like or want the item we are happy to swap it for something else for the same value in our store or credit you the paid amount to put towards another item. 

-We will not refund you delivery for items that are unwanted.

-Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
